RECIPE: Chill Chocolate CBD Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup CBD-infused oil (make sure to check the potency and dosage instructions)

  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

  2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

  3. In a separate large mixing bowl, melt the butter in the microwave or on the stovetop. Once melted, add the granulated sugar and mix well.

  4. Add the eggs to the butter and sugar mixture, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients from step 2 to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

  6. Gently fold in the CBD-infused oil and chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.

  7. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Be cautious not to overbake.

  9. Once done, remove the brownies from the oven and allow them to cool in the baking dish for about 10 minutes. Then, transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

  10. Once cooled, cut the brownies into squares or desired shapes. Serve and enjoy!

Remember to label your CBD brownies appropriately and provide any necessary warnings or dosage information, especially if they are intended for medicinal purposes. Enjoy your delicious and CBD-infused brownies responsibly!
